Refund policy

The customer has the right to return within 14 days of the purchase, the shipment is borne by the same.

Once the return has been received and accepted by our partner, the refund will be completed through the original payment method, excluding shipping costs. We will update you via email and you can follow the path of your package with our courier using the tracking number on the return label.

Defective articles
